I don't know a family with kids that doesn't have one (or five) of the classic Radio Flyer wagon. If you've got a wagon to spare, or if it's seen better days, don't throw it out.
Do what Denise of The Painted Home did and repurpose it into a wall shelf. She sawed off the axle and wheels and inserted a couple of wooden shelves. Screw into the wall and you've got an instant retro spot for display. Denise has her red wagon shelf up in her kitchen. Head over to her blog, The Painted Home, for more photos and details.

White Enamel Four-P...
I don't know, all of the rust skeeves me out a little bit.. and I think it could get pretty messy eventually. Perhaps if there's one that's in a bit better shape (like, doesn't look as if it had water sitting in it for 10 years) you could leave it as is or paint it over with a super high-gloss enamel paint. I like the idea in theory, though!
my thoughts were to cover it with a funky contact paper all the way to the rim...after treating it with the rust no more stuff ;D . I do LOVE this!
ooooh or bust out the bottom and make a frame or shadow box!
ok sorry for three comments right in a row! but got another brilliant idea. put a light behind it and punch stars or holes out in a funky / pretty pattern or a letter, number and have a nice lamp or light on the wall. ... i think thats all i have for this. so wanting to find a wagon now!
