Did you guys ever make one of those plastic toys for a dollar at the science museum? That's what these totally remind me of. They make my inner child happy while pleasing the adult me because of the repurpose... and succulents, of course!
Plaid Pigeon is an Etsy shop founded by Megan Briggs and Ian Mailhot. The pair primarily sell upcycled objects with a focus on plants, succulents and terrariums. Their animal planters are a fun twist on Chia pets, carved from old plastic toys and filled with succulents. They sell for $16-18.
Check out Plaid Pigeon's Facebook page for more images of their adorable planters living in their natural habitats (customer's homes!).

Well...weekend project has been decided. I have to try this out!
These would be awesome with air plants!
I've got 3 of these now, they're pretty fantastic. I've not seen toys this big or I'd make them myself.
I saw these Dinosaurs at Walmart today for only a $1. I'm totally gonna try these out. These will be perfect Mother's Day gifts for my son's grandmothers.
