I love how pinterest allows you to pull your favorite images and I can look back to find the commonalities. I tend to just focus on 'pinning' images I like rather than picking a theme first. The 'style cure' board above showcases our bedroom vision - a light space with modern and natural finishings polished off with gold hardware.

A few months ago we made these collages from National Geographic magazines we bought at a garage sale. I'm thinking these could make for some great art - what do you think?

As a textile designer, I'm always redoing new areas of my home with my newest watercolor fabrics. Redoing my bedroom is one of my favorite activities and I love that I'm able to use fabrics I've created for this particular space. The pattern on the left reminds me of tropical trees in Brazil and the fabric on the right feels like the ocean at sunset. Both calming color palettes and would be a nice balance for both of our visions.

I've had this collection of images on my wall for sometime. We both have a thing for water, mountains and landscape photos. How should we incorporate these little gems in a creative way?

Some more fabrics that would give a great mid century vibe with a traditional texture. Which color palette do you like more? The natural blues and browns or mod golds and turquoise?
