Making the most of your space is crucial when living in a small apartment. Resource Furniture can help even the smallest space feel expansive with their convertible, space saving furniture.
My first introduction to Resource Furniture was a friend's link (thanks Jim!) to the video below, which features demonstrations of the ease of the adaptable, multi-use pieces the company carries. Watching the video, I became completely enamored with The Swing (first photo), a Queen bed attached to 42 1/2 inches of shelving with a 9 foot sofa with adjustable chaise and backrest. It's like an have two rooms in one! A living room by day and bedroom by night. So cool!

Shaw's Original Fir...
These designs remind me of this wooden chest chairs I used to have. I shared a bedroom with both my sister and brother growing up. Space was definitely an issue, and everything we had in the room, had to be multi-functionaled.
It's a wooden chair/bench with storage underneath. The back of the chair can be flipped over and turned into a desk. It's perfect for kids! I used to think it's the coolest thing my dad ever bought me, heck I still do!
Wow
I love double duty furniture. Especially when it looks this good. My home has small rooms and furniture that can be utilized in many ways is a plus.
where is the glass table in the first picture from!
@joshuaj - it looks like it's one of their own tables.
I love great furniture design that also serves several purposes. Thank you for introducing this company to me and I'll definitely feature it on my blog. Will link back to you, of course.

wow, i love that
They look like fun to use, too!
I wonder how stable those cabinets are when active, vigorous sex is taking place on the bed. I imagine lots of chotchkes falling to the floor!
My place is too small for this furniture. I only have 60 inches to work with for a sofa and about 3 feet in front of the sofa for a table and then you are touching the kitchen floor !Nice stuff though
