This simple DIY project is a great way to transform a spare (and not recyclable!) wire hanger into something useful... and pretty!

Emily Anderson, designer, creative consultant, and author of Eco-Chic Home, has a project for turning a wire hanger into a little container for candy, fruit, or flowers. She modeled the design after the typical container that brasseries use around the world to hold french fries.
