A bachelor pad designed by Joseph Sacco...ultra-luxurious, yes. Not a surprise, considering its location on the 28th floor penthouse of River North's Montgomery. Worth a peek for those of us living down here on the ground? Absolutely - inspiration is always welcome and the rich mix of materials used could translate to spaces of any size (or altitude). Some details from the top photo: The wall of quartz with inset ethanol fueled fireplace is the divider to between the living room and master bedroom, which can be closed off with pocket doors for privacy. The light fixture over the dining table is from Pallucco. The table is Desiron and chairs are from Armani Casa.
The Armani Casa sofa, chairs and coffee table have a backdrop of 14 floor to ceiling windows, while floor to ceiling Arclinea cabinetry along with a really HUGE island define the kitchen. The bedroom is minimal, with a low bed to accentuate the ceiling height.
