She reveals that "as an insomniac, my bedroom has to not only be conducive to sleep, but I also want my bedroom to reflect the sensual side of the relationship."Her bedroom tip after the jump...Romantic Bedroom Tip: As an insomniac, my bedroom has to not only be conducive to sleep (no tv, no clutter, no light pollution, the perfect temperature, no noise) and a clear mind (no clutter) to carry me off to sweet dreams. But I also want my bedroom to reflect the sensual side of the relationship I have with my companion (sterile space doesn't cut it). Therefore, my bedroom tip(s) are about creating two moods simultaneously.
- Invest in the best mattress you can afford.
- Layer window treatments to make the most of ambient lighting-- or to shut it out.
- Down. Pillows, duvet, feather bed, slippers, robe.
