RottenNeighbor.com let's you peruse comments about particular neighbors and neighborhoods by zip code, using Google Maps to zoom into exactly where the trouble spots are. It's hilarious (and sometimes infuriating) reading some of the problems and complaints contributors have left, but also a useful tool to learn about what we call the "music of the neighborhood" (aka loud neighbors, traffic, gunshots, etc.). We might have to add a few comments ourselves....
