I love real linen - this is perfect!

Looks beautiful, but exactly how rough is it? Linen can be VERY rough. And YMMV but I don't have the time to iron sheets.

Thorndale, try spraying your linen curtains with a water spray bottle - the wrinkles will release, and you will have a soft textured 'linen' look~

This only works if you don't want them crisp and pressed! Can't help you there...

STH, I wouldn't sleep under it if it weren't soft - the whole idea is to have that soft linen texture, without ironing. Promise...

I like my linen the way I like my men: a gray, wrinkled mess with an air of austere elegance. Seriously. This bedding makes me swoon a little.

I have pillow shams from Rough Linen and they are great. The pictures are accurate--the shams don't look terribly wrinkly. And they feel very soft.

...and yes, that is a vodka bottle by the bed, but it holds water...

Relaxed and elegant! Great advice about water spray. I never want to look over-ironed (face, jeans or linen!)

some people think linen is rough but there is nothing like linen sheets from around 1890. Use makes them better and better.

I'm loving the rough linen line, it's casual, and so beautiful in its "rough" look, and feels close to nature.

It looks nice in a casual way, but I think it would be a little scratchy.

Just scrumptious - there is nothing like natural linen sheets...a really fabulous look.

Rough Linen Bedding...her sheets and duvet covers...are #1 on my wishlist for my master bedroom. Just look at the textures...timeless. And the quality is unparalleled.

Not just pretty in pictures -- these are the linens your kids, kids will cherish (even with coffee stains and "rough" wear. The colors and feel of these are just magnificent. I wish I could give these more than 3 stars! Wedding gifts, anniversary, best buds. . . best gift ever.

I received these as a gift from the most amazing person in the world. I'd never thought of my bedsheets before (I'm a computer guy) but these make me excited to slip into bed at night. They're very soft, and not that horrible oily satin-y texture that so many store bought sheets have. I've been very surprised by how many people have commented on them. Love the look, love the soft colours, love the feel. The term "rough" may be a bit of a misnomer - brings up images of scratchy and harsh. How about "gentle", "natural"?
