Bar cart, serving cart or wine cart. Whatever you want to call them, if they're round, they'll make this list! Their round shape makes them easy to incorporate into any space, and their spinning wheels gracefully waltz to wherever they're needed. Serving carts make organizing any gathering easier. Just load them up with appetizers or drinks, and you're ready to go.
Also, their usefulness goes beyond dining and entertaining. Some people use the smaller varieties (see Photo 2) to organize the bathroom. Handy dandy.

Ercol Bar Stool
The bar cart craze is in full swing; it seems AT has done several posts in the past year on them. I do really love them (when they're not ugly and cheap looking). But the thought of someone paying over a grand for one just makes me laugh, and laugh, and laugh.
wonder why AT didn't just throw in the IKEA one.

I guess it is more of a side table, but it looks like a bar table to me.
Love them, but not practical for kids or for those of us who have steps on one level. We have two steps into the living room from the kitchen/dining, so probably not the best idea. Oh well!
I agree with RAHSKOLNIKOV. I thought the same thing when I saw the side table at Ikea. It could totally be used as a bar cart, and it's much more affordable than the rest.
LOVE THE ROUND CARTS BUT LOOKING FOR ONE WHERE MY WINE GLASSES CAN HANG FROM
LOVE THE LAST ONE
