We were talking to a friend the other day who mentioned to us that she'd recently had an old wing chair reupholstered in a Suzani. We've rounded up a few items that can bring this now-classic and exuberant pattern into your home...
- Natori Bed Linens, at Amazon, turn your bed into a sumptuous oasis.
- Circa Trade carries original Suzanis, including this popular design, that can be used as a bedspread, a throw, a luxurious picnic blanket or an exotic tablecloth.
- A Suzani bench from Viva Terra would be a welcome bright spot at the end of a bed or as additional seating in a living or dining room.
- Cost Plus World Market has a many variations on the trend including this rug...
- ...and this footstool . Or, if you prefer, they have pillows, a chair and lampshade.

So gorgeous!
That duvet cover is $600! You could get a real suzani for 1/6th the price on ebay.
My friend Pilar reupholstered some old chairs with Suzani fabrics...it turned out amazing! http://thewifeofanartist.blogspot.com/2009/07/suzani-who.html

I asked Apartment Therapy a question about some suzani I picked up years ago in Uzbestan: http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/dc/good-questions/good-questions-highlighting-uzbek-suzani--088724#comments
Since then I have been looking around for what to do with what I have. There are a number of sites on etsy that are using suzani for upholstery, pillows and cushions:

Bazaar Buyer
