Or you can stick with the classics. Nearly every company carries one of these around to bolster their status, so why not grab one yourself. The Aeron chairs have tons of adjustments and continue to be a quick-pick when it comes to ergonomic chairs ($950).

However, one of our favorites continue to be the Humanscale Freedom chair because of its fine build quality and comfortable head support ($1150).
