Over the holidays, we spent many trips lugging suitcases, boxes, gifts and a Christmas tree in and out of our apartment (and the three doors we must pass through to get outside). While we settled on the closest heavy object we could find, it left us wanting some attractive alternatives to bricks or those mundane brown rubber doorstops.
