I haven't seen anything like this before as a poster. Fantastic! I'm getting some for my kids but also what a great baby gift!
I love the look of the first one, from Chaiv, but it does seem a little odd that the baby weighed 8.2 oz.

It's cute, but it also made me think back to the birth of my own little girl and I'm pretty sure that she did NOT come out smiling!

Great idea -- I still feel guilty that we had lovely birth announcements printed for our firstborn daughter, and then nothing for our son (we were in the middle of renovations and moving overseas). This would be a good solution.
