Call it cheap if you will but we just got back from a 2-for-1 mission of sorts. A mission to roundup Valentine's cards that can do double duty; lovely enough that you want them framed on your wall to appreciate them year round. Only 3 real criteria had to be met to make our short list: likely to make a kid/youth smile, be artful, and not cause visiting guests to want to say "hey, why do you have a Valentine's Day card on your kid's wall?". We found 10 that passed our rigid test:
Here they are, 10 beautiful frame-worthy cards for year round enjoyment.

Cecilymaeh, your cards are amazing !! I don't Iive in the states, so I won't order my Valentines cards from oversees, but if I did live there, I'd buy yours in a heartbeat !! The decoupage one may be my favorite, although the veggies are super cute too.
Loora, I don't live there either!! I'm based in Dorset, south England.
My friend the talented artist Jodi Hoover sends out an eminently frameable valentine every year. You can buy past ones from her etsy shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/jodihoover
I framed a card from PaperSource that I received last Valentines. You can see it here:
