We spent the better part of our weekend considering holiday decorations. This is one of our favorite times of the year because you can really play and have fun with colors and decorations and it's all temporary. Yes we can be sticklers for tradition and often end up falling back on classic red and green, but sometimes when we see alternatives, like that pink and gold palette on last year's Blueprint Holiday Edition, we consider breaking out of tradition. Jump below for some alternatives to green and red:
Sophisticated: Silver Christmas with white, silver, dark wood and natural texture from West Elm
Retro Modern: pink and gold with shiny bits of white, lavender and silver from last year's Blueprint (rip).
Scandinavian: white and pops of color all the way from Sweden and one of our favorite design bloggers Benita Larsson.
Mod Christmas: turquoise, red and white as inspired by fizfelt and mid century utah.
Target Christmas: Red and white and sweets from Martha Stewart and Plum Party.
All White Christmas from the white company.
