A child's room evolves to serve many purposes, but its main function is to provide a comfortable haven to unwind and sleep at the end of each busy day. We've rounded up some past nursery tours that make us feel so relaxed, we wish we could take a nap in them. (Seriously. We could really go for a nap right about now.)

These rooms are all very different -- some sophisticated, some playful -- but what they all have in common is an uncluttered layout, a soothing color palette, and a definite sense that sleep is the first priority for their occupants (and more to the point, for their occupants' parents).
