One of my recent gripes is the lack of coat checks anywhere in LA. Now hear me out, it's been nippy out here! And in the words of Sheree (She by Sheree), "What am I supposed to do with my fur? Just drape it over a chair!?" Pshaw.
I really like the moose one from IKEA.
What a cool idea. I like the rustic look, and they all look strong enough to hold heavy winter coats and jackets. Thanks for the tip!
The first one is cool, but...$250??? It's a DIY just waiting to happen! You could even paint it all white for a less rustic look.
I'm with rexrayfan... the first one is GORGEOUS! but $250 for twigs glued to a box?
I LOVE the rustic wood rack but personally, I think some of the "hooks" are too thick. Usually, the little loops in coats and jackets would not wide enough. Yeah, one could just drape the coat over it but I prefer hanging it by the loop.
I would not pay for it either, it is a project that screams DIY!
Yes! Someone DIY it. I've got a big stick pile outside. Maybe I'll try it.
I also love the IKEA moose coat rack, although I can't seem to find a picture on the IKEA website, I wonder if it is still available. Great price too, $20 I think.

I saw a white-painted one on pinterest that someone had made. I need a free standing one that doesn't suck. That UO one doesn't quite fit the bill.
