We try to accommodate all of the different lifestyles and tastes with our posts. Here's one for the hog-riders: A GPS navigation unit that designed for use on a motorcycle. The Traffic Assist 100 from Becker, known under the pseudonym "Crocodile," is a water-resistant mobile navigation system with fast route calculation, an integrated 2 GB memory with pre-loaded data for 42 countries, 3-D Terrain View and 3-D City View.

The Becker Crocodile is based on the Becker Traffic Assist Z 201. Although the rubber-coated, water resistant version can also be used in a car, it is designed for use with motorcycles. The 4.3 inch display features a graphic guidance system that makes it easier for bikers to read the display in low visibility conditions with a closed visor.

Many features carry over from car-centric GPS design, like turn-by-turn navigator screens and smart speller menus. But some extras were added just for bike enthusiasts. Route options let you switch between car, pedestrian or motorcycle mode, showing you what paths are available to your vehicle. And a specially designed mounting system for the Becker Crocodile is available for your hog.
