So it seems like there are more HDTV's than people looking to buy, resulting in some upcoming price cuts. First up, Mitsubishi, Sharp, Panasonic and Samsung. Click through to see some before and after pricing.
Granted, lowered prices here don't necessarily mean the lowest prices ever seen, but combined with other discounts, online coupons, or promotions from different retailers, this may be fortunate timing for those of you looking to finally take the leap into a new TV.

Man, I wish LCDs were cheaper. I would love to have a flatscreen but busting out $2K is insane when I compare it to the few hundred bucks I spent on my Samsung CRT. Argh. Prices just aren't going down fast enough for cheapo me.
Still too high. I think I will just wait until my old tv dies a natural death.
Ditto
Way too much.
agreed. i spent $200 on an ebay auction for an insignia HDTV that's 19" for our bedroom... ich. the living room is going to have to wait. my big old clunker isn't going anywhere until he won't turn on anymore.
So are the prices dropping only for the higher-end models, and not for the under $900 models?
