Samsung HT-D7500W Home Theater is Techorator's Dream

The Samsung CES booth was filled with plenty of eye candy and arguably had the most decor-friendly home theater and computing products on display at this year's show. An example of this commitment to design for the home, and also marketed as the thinnest Blu-ray player, is this sculptural 5.1 wall-mountable home theater system, the Samsung HT-D7500W.

The Samsung HT-D7500W is the world's thinnest 3D-enabled Blu-ray player, equipped with a 2D to 3D conversion option and designed to work with Samsung's Smart Hub. But the real appeal of this system are the 4 main audio speakers, designed to emulate the appearance of decorative vases, working in conjunction with an additional sub unit and small soundbar-like center speaker. We couldn't get an accurate impression of the sound quality since Samsung was blasting several nearby models all at once (at least it was fun K-pop songs), but it might not matter anyway, since this is likely a non-domestic release package for now.
