Samsung HT-X810 Bar System: Taking It Up Another Notch

Taking advantage of all the latest advancements in technologies, the HT-X810 incorporates 5.8Ghz radio technology to allow the speaker bar and subwoofer to communicate wirelessly. That means no more excuses for magnetic destruction of your television from having the subwoofer too close to the screen! Throw in built-in auxillary subwoofer, DVD player, FM radio, and HDMI connectivity and you've got almost all of your wiring problems taken care of.

Whether or not you're a fan of it's design, the system looks like it would simplify a great deal of home theatre confusion with the lack of wires and mostly automated plug-and-play. The wireless subwoofer is one of our favorite features since we all know that magnetic damage from putting unshielded subwoofers too close to the television causes brutal damage that's usually unrepairable. Feel free to check out CNET's full first take on the Samsung HT-X810 Soundbar Home Theatre System.
