Name: Sara & Ian
Location: Los Angeles, California
Our condo is approximately 1500 square feet and is our first home together as a couple. When we moved in, the space needed alot of help. It was 1980's on blast and not in a good way. We're talking wet bar, blond wood panel cabinets, gold fixtures and terra cotta walls.
Undeterred by these challenges, we learned slowly but surely how many changes we could make in the space on our own without breaking the bank.
Now that we are ready to find a bigger place, overhauling this condo has given us the confidence to know that we can transform any space into exactly the home we want and that has given us the freedom to consider many more properties.
Thanks, Sara & Ian!

White Enamel Flatwa...
This is lovely. Need a full tour.
I like it , however, odd to have the desk in front of the television.
gorgeous. source for curtains in bedroom?
lovely. Where is this? Might be in the market...
Beautiful Home!
Very interested in seeing more!
Very nicely done. Count me in for wanting to see more, too.
The bedroom and bathroom are very peaceful.
Ok so why is this not a house tour?!?!?! I need to see more of this gorgeousness.
Where is that bathroom mirror from? Love it.
please post a full tour! Love your bathroom.
I definitely would love to see more of this home. I would also like to know what kind of paint you used in that living room with the dark brown walls and the taupe-ish walls.
I thought that the table in front of the tv was odd at first too, but it's actually a smart way to incorporate a media space with an office. You have to be nice and neat, but with the glass top desk it works. I don't think it would work with a non-glass top desk or heavier or darker furniture. Smart way to get the most out of the space, actually.
Where is the desk from? Please! It is exactly what I have been looking for
Pretty fabulous pieces, I love the mix. Love.
I also am very interested in seeing a full house tour.
These limited photos aren't enough, and that first one has a weird perspective and it's hard to get a good sense of the layout. I am loving that color in the bathroom - show us more!
Love it. Lots of delightful pieces. Even the cliches are done well. Desk placement is not at all odd. Not unless you intend to watch TV while working at the desk. And if you do, simple move the chair to the other side... ~:o)
Great place. Dislike the desk in front of the big screen:(
It's not likely anyone is going to sit at that desk when someone else watches a movie. I think this place is nice, but it's helped greatly by the very good photos.
I love all the glass tables & desk. I don't know if it's ever possible to have too much glass.
Pretty sure the desk is from West Elm.
Does anyone know where that glass table (or one like it) can be found?
I love the mirror in the bathroom! Love it!!

Where are the nightstands from??
I LOVE that mirror in the living room!!! Yes must see a full tour!
where did you get the "i love nyc" art that is in the bathroom?
Love it! is the floor wood or laminate?

One of my favorites! Absolutely LOVE!
