College Neighborhood — Wooster, Ohio
Our 1920s Georgian colonial has been well loved through the decades. We try to keep it's history alive by decorating with vintage and antique finds. Still, much of our decor comes from curb-side shopping (finding trash on the curb and rehabbing it).
Our bookcase is constructed of shelves affixed to a hundred year old door and our dog kennel is an old heating vent hinged into an unused cabinet in our kitchen.
With the advent of our first child, my family's style has evolved from classic to "kid mod" over the past year. Finding baby-friendly ways to decorate helps us to bear staring at the same four walls when we feel quarantined due to a responsible bed time. Undoubtedly our home will continue to change with the needs of our growing family. The baby started walking yesterday. The gauntlet has been laid.
