As usual, I compelled to point out:
I am the "American Football" fan in my household. (Except I call it "football." The other sport is "soccer." Yes, I recognize that only Americans call "futbol" soccer, but, well, I'm American.)
I am also the "decorator". And the girl.
So in theory the chair would be for me, not my better half.
I am, however, in favor of design that is comfortable for watching sports and also pretty to look at.
