This Mitchell Gold Sofa & Loveseat is four years old and provides a total seating area of over 10 feet! If you have the space, it'd be very convenient for dinner parties. It pretty much negates any spread-out-head-on-the-armrest reclining, though, but if you're into the armless look, this will fit the bill nicely.

Ha - I just bought the six-drawer dresser version of that Danish nightstand. Mine was $15 at ReStore though! The finish is crappy, though, but a second coat of gloss-white paint is drying as I type.
I bought a similar 1950's desk on Craigslist a couple months ago for $50. It was painted white, but was easy to strip, and the underlying wood is mahogany. A gorgeous piece for about a $70 investment (including paint stripper, stain, brushes and polyurethane finish). I love the atomic legs!
