Wow! Love, love that Petrie sofa. At that price, it's almost worth flying out to LA and shipping it back home.....

C&B just opened near us and I was all excited to see the Petrie sofa in person. And it turns out that it is the exact same fabric as our two couches from Macy's that we HATE.

It attracts and holds stains like nothing else - and even frequent professional cleaning (we bought the "policy") couldn't keep up with it. So they eventually sent us a new cushion cover - for all the good that it would have done to wrestle a new cover on a squashed cushion that would never, ever match the rest of the cushions/couch.

Our cat likes to claw ours too.

Ugh I hate that fabric. It's such a shame.

does anyone happen to know the name of that paint color behind the petrie sofa? that is exactly the color i'm looking to paint my bathroom!

hmmm... wonder how much it would cost to reupholster that petrie sofa? anyone give a guess?
