methinks the red locker is ikea... and sells spankin' new for $99: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80100190
That was my first thought too, redneckmodern. The nerve!
heh that's kind of funny :)
$91? Who does that? Ha.
Yeah, who lists the brand, making it easy to find online, and then prices it only $8 less???
sadder, still, that it's pimped on AT... like the editors don't go to ikea (and this isn't one of their more iconic pieces). there's sooo much more stuff more worthy of being featured.
Yes to all of the above. I don't understand scavenger even when the deals are good. Only people in the relevant city are going to be interested, and they are undoubtedly watching craigslist on their own for whatever it is they want. Meanwhile these postings clog up the site and push fairly recent posts off the bottom of the page too soon....
My grumble for the day.
AGREED!^^^
I don't mind scavenger posts, but that mint green with red... I'd have been happier not seeing that combination.
I picked up that exact red Ikea locker for...
wait for it...
waaaait for it...
!for FREE when my neighbors put it on the sidewalk on trash day. Perhaps I should tell them... naah. It's lovely for art supply storage.
