Sculptural (and Slightly Scary!) Small Space Steel Staircase by Francesco Librizzi

Librizzi's design studio built this striking sculptural element for a tiny home (45 square meters) in Milan that still features many original details, including a beautiful hexagonal tile floor.

The staircase (or more accurately, ladder) leads to an airy sleeping loft. I'm not sure if I could ever climb those stairs in bare feet, but kudos for creative thinking within a small space.
