My wife and I were excited about the possibilities of this drive for media management. For example, using this drive and Lightroom to manage all our photos. I wondered if anyone has done this and if they have had any positive or negative experiences?

I have yet to try sharing a Lightroom photo library, but that's a good question for couples who want to consolidate same or similar collections. Perhaps I'll give a try over the weekend...
Thank you! I would be interested on how well you can work from the drive as well. Are you able to manage all your photos as well as perform touch ups and color corrections without it lagging at all?
