Secret Santa and Snowflake gift exchanges are awkward scenarios. They are a warm fuzzy, festive and social thing to do around the holidays, but it's also an odd experience buying gifts for people with whom you might share a cubicle. Whatever you do, don't just buy something completely boring and generic that everyone will hate equally. Take a risk (it's only a gift exchange) and get something that's still useful, but also has a little bit of style and personality.
