We've always had a weakness for office supplies: fresh notebooks, new fine-tipped pens, a Rainbow Brite Trapper Keeper...But now, as most of us have moved on beyond the thrills of picking out our three-ring binders and shiny new pencils, it seems like getting stationary and office organizers is a luxury. At See Jane Work's new location in Thousand Oaks, it feels like a cross between a Kate Spade boutique, a Container Store, and one of those hole-in-the-wall Japanese paper shops. All of which, in our book, are excellent things.
While this shop definitely leans on the higher end of the scale (it ain't no Staples), it also delivers more unique office organization items from some of our favorite designers: Knock Knock, Bob's Your Uncle, and Buttoned-Up. This shop is opened Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6pm, and you can also call and make an appointment if you have an organizational crisis. For those of you not in the Thousand Oaks area, they have a comprehensive website that offers most of their merchandise at www.seejanework.com.
