1-19---martha---paintings-w.jpg

This is a group of panels called "Guardian", along with a metal bird from Mohr-McPherson, a Boston import store, a carved wooden heron from a birding supply shop in St. Johns, Newfoundland, together with what appears, disturbingly, to be the beginning of a collection of cat heads. The small painting to the right is called "Pleased".

HI, I'm sending many photos, because I Just Can't Decide. Although I don't presently have gallery representation I'm hoping to get a website together to sell my work within the next six months, and would love to get some reaction from AT readers.

1-19-martha-time-to-choose.jpg

Artwork: Time to Choose by David Shrigley
Purchased/Found: www.picturesonwalls.com
Price: $150

The first is a pretty poor shot of a piece called, ironically enough, Time to Choose. I have it pinned up in my kitchen and I love, love, love it. Next to it is a collage I made to cover the circuit-breaker box. I'm expecting a bonus any second now, and framing TTC is on my list of thngs to spend it on.

the other two are by my cheapest favorite source of cheap art, me.

1-19-martha---Birds(giclee).jpg

The first of these is a giclee print, The Birds. It's 20x30, unframed.

1-19-martha-the-french-cat.jpg

the second is a group of sign-enamel on masonite paintings called "The French Cat." It's 14 inches tall by 84" long.

1-19-martha---nonymous-tile.jpg

This last one is a 12"x12" tile, one of a pair that I bought at a holiday sale at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts for $40, and which seems not to be signed.
