Swimming Tapir, also by Susie- these are both 1.75 x 2.75 inches, painted on those little sample tiles you get from kitchen redesign places. I framed them in simple white frames, mostly to keep them out of direct moisture from the bathroom. Price: $20-$30 each. 3. Thinking Good Thoughts, by Trish Grantham (www.trishgrantham.com) a great artist from Portland that I've loved for a long time. I'm so happy to finally have one of her pieces! She uses layers of drawing and collage with newsprint or paper and then covers the whole thing with resin. pitch My bathroom has always given me trouble... it's four different colors of green (that's right, the floor tiles aren't the same color as the wall tiles) that have proven to be impossible to match. I tried white towels, and it just looked too blah with all that other color in there. Once I finally settled on orange towels, it really started coming together. I've been amassing a collection of tiny art for the last year or so, and decided to move a few pieces into the bathroom to really pick up some of the orange and teal accents in there. I'm really pleased with my bathroom now!
