$24 -- think I will keep using my plastic ones that I get from Chinatown or the 99 cent store. Made of plastic with arms and pegs hang out.
Hey, this would even work for those of us with 'storybook backyards.' :p I don't really like having my unmentionables flapping about in the breeze for my neighbors to see, so I always hang them inside.

It looks cool, but I agree with AT4H, I prefer my cheapie ones from the 99cent stores. And I like that they are bigger because then the undies don't hang so close to each other.
I have a Muji take on this and I paid a fraction of the price.
second the dollar store option. these drying racks are a given in all chinese households and i bought mine at a housewares shop for about sixty cents.
