Sett Studio is yet another eco-prefab studio, designed and built out of Austin, Texas. What sets it apart, however, is that it looks incredibly good. Designed by an award-winning architect, the modern building is incredibly versatile and (in most cases) doesn't require a building permit.

Using modular construction consisting primarily of a SIP skid foundation and structural insulated panel walls (SIP), the building is extremely energy efficient inside and out. Vapor barriers line the exterior walls, while double-pane Low-E windows light in plenty of light.

The building comes outfitted with electricity, turning it into a functional office, retreat, or guest house. If you live near Austin, you're in luck as shipping is relatively inexpensive and you get to buy local.
