Very cute! And I like the sushi pillow. My sister-in-law and I made a sushi costume for her then three month old son that consisted of a shrimp pillow -- I never thought to use it as decoration (off the baby anyway).

this looks much cooler than I would have imagined just hearing about it. Great use of materials that would otherwise probably end up in a landfill somewhere!

i like this idea. it looks so cool...i would do make one more monochromatic. all the same color in different shades

the samples were rescued from the trash at a good friend's interior design firm... i'd love to get more colors and make more rugs, but no luck so far :(
