Looks like sarracenias (pitcher plants) to me. They are predators.

And it looks like a miniature horsetail rush next to the pitchers.

Looks like a Darlingtona Cobra .

They're pitcher plants, as others have noted. But if you find them living in the wild don't try to transplant them ... they're protected in most areas of the country.
