they are the silver leather versions done by Dosahttp://www.apartmenttherapy.com/ny/at-email/at-email-dosa-leather-poufs-the-perfect-small-seat-32508-046933
Exactly! Thanks Monika1. I was just going to add the link to that email I wrote a few months ago.....the ones in that pic ARE Dosa's.
West Elm also has a nice (and much cheaper) alternative...though I haven't seem them in personhttp://www.westelm.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?partNumber=WE-PRODf697&storeId=17001&langId=-1&catalogId=17002&viewSetCode=E&parentId=WE-SH1FRNOUT&retainNav=true&cmsrc=WE-SH1FRNOUT
The West Elm ones are much more affordable, but right now seem to only be available in Gold. Which I suppose would fit into some decors (just not mine!).
uh oh...it's not on the dosa site, or calypso, or anywhere else...damn, I wanted those!
Mystery solved.Emailed Dosa, and received a reply back (impressive!!):"Unfortunately, we are not currently producing the poufs. We hope to resume with this style in the future, but cannot say at this point when that will be. "
And I'm wondering where to get that chair in the picture. The lounge chair that looks like a rope chair with arms? I've been looking for one like that for ages! Does anyone have any ideas?
Looks like Jens Risom--however saw these at overtock that are kind of cute if you dont want to shell out the money for the real thinghttp://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Bentwood-Rocker-with-Black-Nylon-Web-Seat/2679887/product.html?
I saw something similar at Target yesterday. They were round poufs, probably not real leather. Didn't check the price but that might be an option.
