Hi there,
What stores/showrooms do you recommend in San Francisco or the East Bay for wallpaper?
I'd like to get a feel for a range of different styles and manufacturers.
Many thanks!
Lilia
Lilia,
We went to three designer friends for their "go to" wallpaper sources. They all said that the Design Center would be the place, but added that the showrooms are for the trade. They also said they'd be more likely to use online sources...and they gave us such a long list that we're going to write about them next week. Stay tuned!
Anyone else have ideas for Lilia?

The Lee Jofa showroom carries the full line of Cole & Son wallpaper. I suppose technically the showroom is for the trade since that's the only way things can be purchased there, but they let anyone browse there and then I ended up buying the paper online.

I love the new "atomic" collection from Bradbury & Bradbury. http://www.bradbury.com/atomic.html
It almost makes we want to redecorate the fallout shelter;-)
Also I had Jeff Knockert do the wallpapering and he did a really great job.http://www.jeffspaperhanging.com/
