$399 for a sofa in "Fair" condition? Is that a joke? I would only pay that much if it was in "Good" condition.

Oh for goodness sake!

That guy who's trying to sell his slatted bench? He's been trying to sell it for WEEKS. I contacted him not long after he first put it up and wanted to buy it. After we got to the point where I wanted to know when and where I could come pick it up, he never emailed me back. I assumed he'd sold it to someone else, but then he re-posted it a good five more times, sometime with new pictures (as if that's going to make a difference when you won't respond to your emails!), and started putting up that bit about how he doesn't want any FLAKE EMAILS.

Um, excuse me? Something tells me that most of his emails were no "flakier" than my own.

And now he's posting this on Apartment Therapy?

Newsflash: A lot of people want that bench. It's not hard to sell. The only reasons it's been on Craigslist for WEEKS is because the guy "selling" it is the FLAKE!
