How is everyone getting through week one? Catching up with the flickr group it looks like lots of people bought flowers this week - personally I've been loving the long stemmed yellow tulips I grabbed at the farmer's market last weekend, they're still going strong six days later. Buying fresh flowers every week is one of the easiest and most fun parts of the Cure - if you haven't gotten around to it make a big effort to pick some up this weekend.
We're going to do a final update of Northwest Cure participants on Monday - so if you haven't signed up yet, please do it before then. You can go here to sign up.
I'll admit that I haven't done as much as I'd hoped to by now - I bought flowers, swept, sat in a part of our house I rarely sit in (for me it was the bedroom) and started my repair list. I'm putting our one item out on the curb this afternoon, and finishing the repair list today as well. I already use earth-friendly cleaners, so that's checked off. I really want to mop all of our wood floors with Murphy's Wood Oil Soap, and am hoping that will happen this weekend.
mega.gamma is trying to "wrangle" their stuff - apparently that's a Nelson bench under there.
How are all of you doing with your Week One assignments (you can find the Week One post with assignment here)? Have you been chugging along all week or have you been waiting for the weekend?
Remember when you put photos into the flickr group to add titles and descriptions letting the rest of us know what we're looking at and what kind of advice or feedback you're looking for.
