That looks like an Eichler home? Is it? I grew up in one, my parents still live in it, it's great!

It looks like an Eichler home because Rummer basically ripped them off - directly from the pages of a magazine actually and his wife's love of the Eichler homes she toured in CA. I'm a huge fan of both, but Eichler's designs were the originals.

the rummer pictured is my favorite model ever... the best of all eichler worlds: 2 car garage AND a carport. 4 bedrooms AND a study. amazing... and at $535... well, by SFbay standards, a bargain.
