What To Do With All Those Magazines?

At first glance the walls of this office space take on a pointillist Seurat-like appearance: tiny horizontal lines of varying color look like one thing far away and yet look strangely familiar close up.

Oktavilla is a design bureau for magazines and web in Stockholm. Befitting of their industry, several walls are filled with bundled magazines creating a unique visual statement with sound dampening qualities.

This space was designed by Swedish architect Elding Oscarson. For more of their work click here.

It might have been another design blog, but AT is the only one I frequent, so I'm guessing I saw this here sometime before.
