Lovely Prints by Freya

We came across one of Freya's prints and decided to find out more. After visiting her website we completely fell in love with her work. Her art is somewhat unusual and very straightforward. Simple quotes in her pieces are moving and thought provoking.

Freya's art pieces are part of many public and private collections world wide. She discovered her talents by accident when searching for a new path after her career as an art director. We hope you enjoy her work as much as we do. To see more of her collection check out her website.

We stumbled upon Freya's work on Tea For Joy.

Her stuff is nice, but almost freakishly in the same tone and colour scheme as Matte Stephens. The similarities are a little too striking for my tastes. When I saw that first print, I thought it was a new work of his.

i think they are adorable, tinged with a bit of melancholy that's hard to put my finger on. They are sweet but in a sad sort of way...? In any case they are lovely.

King of Arcadia, I thought the same thing. Although, looking at them more closely, I guess the over all tone is different, though the colors and illustration style are very, very close.

You're right nikki. And a quality of loneliness. Poor dear. I'm almost in tears.
