I voted HOT, and even though I still like the idea, the stag head is getting awfully played out... so change my HOT to a sorta warm.

I don't like them in that particular setting, but I can imagine them very easily in a modern Scandinavian hotel, like the ice hotel, or some such thing. I think they're quite beautiful, although the fake stag head is maybe getting a little used (like MattPDX says).

The stag head trophy is SO 5 minutes ago......NOT HOT!
