We've been huge fans of Aquarabbit (aka, Dana Robson) for years now. In a world full of chaos and sensory overload, her mixed media pieces (incorporating vintage book pages, maps, gocco, hand-stitching, canvas) of the natural world are subtle, gentle, and really lovely.
