Vahalla Studios Rock Posters at Velocity Art and Design

Velocity Art and Design's Seattle showroom always has an amazing selection of furniture, but we had yet to look to them to fulfill our art and music fixes - until today, that is. The company has paired up with Kansas City-based print designers Vahalla Studios to bring a selection of their rockin' show posters to the masses...

Featured artists include The Shins, Arctic Monkeys, Modest Mouse and those seen above. Priced at $30 and under, they're both an affordable addition to your walls and a fitting tribute to your favorite band. For more information on Vahalla Studios, click here.

From above:

  1. Feist at Starlight Theater, $30

  2. Vampire Weekend mirror print, $20

  3. The Decemberists robot print, $20

  4. The Cure at Starlight Theater, $20

  5. Arcade Fire at Starlight Theater, $20

Wow...I love that Feist poster, unfortunately a lot more than I actually love Feist. That would be weird, right, to have a concert poster for an artist you're lukewarm on?

I love the Feist poster and I love Feist too! However I am cheap and I don't love the price as much.

Why should you do that? When you go to a concert, buy the poster there. It is usually 15-20 dollars.

That designer came to our class one time and brought his poster designs. They were so cool. He didn't give out free posters, but we did get some stickers of his funky illustrations! They were nice, but not as nice as the posters.
Hum... It's a bit expensive, isn't it.

same as tumbleweed. LOVE that poster, but not into feist.

love the cure, but the cure poster would look really out of place in my home. :(

One of the designers, Tad Carpenter, is now my graphic design 2 teacher. Awesome! Maybe I'll ask him to give me one of these posters one day.
