We love a good Hot or Not here on AT — the thrill of casting a vote, the anticipation when waiting for the tally, and the satisfaction or surprise that comes from viewing the results, all in just a few seconds. So we thought the perfect way to round out the year would be to create the ultimate Hottest and Nottest survey of 2008.
