Flour Sack Pillows from Sundance

2-26-08-floursack.jpgWe've seen plenty of vintage pillows made from canvas and sacking. So why not cut out the middleman and stitch up the open side of a stuffed flour sack, and call it a day?

The aesthetic of the Sundance catalog leans toward a kind of rustic, Southwest feel, and in such a space these pillows might be a bit too "done." But they would warm up a very modern, clean-lined space very nicely.

These are pretty, but pricey, especially considering the relative cost of doing it yourself. $145 here.
